ATM CO-ORDINATOR

An ATM Co-ordinator with Financial Service experience is required to work on a 12 month contract for our Financial Services client based in Milton Keynes.

The ATM Co-ordinator will be responsible for providing up-to-date, accurate and relevant information on the availability of our clients new ATMs. The ideal person for this role must be able to work well under pressure and respond quickly to requests for data. Team skills and communication skills are essential and it is important to be able to cooperate with different departments

OVERVIEW OF THE ATM CO-ORDINATOR CONTRACT ROLE

- Track and report on all unavailability events on the ADH machines.
- Maintain a daily spreadsheet detailing each incident in each location, including timings and comments from the ATM monitoring software.
- Ensure all outsourced information is available on the daily availability spreadsheet. Combining information from all relevant parties to give a detailed timeline of each event.
- Use the ADH console to confirm outages and provide detailed information
- Communicate with the helpdesk to ensure all remote support is being provided efficiently and all the ATM monitoring database has enough information in to complete daily reporting.
- Maintaining communication within the team between internal and external representatives to ensure all machines are maintained and attended to ASAP when necessary.
- ENSURE ALL SENIOR MEMBERS OFF THE TEAM ARE KEPT UP TO DATE WITH DETAILS REGARDING ANY LONG TERM OUTAGES AND ANY PROGRESS
- Assist other key areas by providing information regarding historic outages to support the development of the project.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ATM CO-ORDINATOR

- Minimum 2 years in a similar Co-ordinator role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An eye for detail and excellent grammar
- Experience using word processing programs and spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and on own initiative
- Ability to delegate and prioritise tasks effectively
- Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels with the business and team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to implement and manage change

The role is based in Milton Keynes this is commutable from London, Midlands, Luton and Oxford.
