ATM 2nd Line Support Expert
We are actively searching for an Incident
You must have strong technology and multi-platform knowledge and good coordination & communication skills.
A strong capabilities of integration in a complex team is mandatory.
Your mission will be to act as incident solver:
- to find and implement solutions in order to solve incidents.
- to document the resolution progress and the applied solutions.
- to Investigate, analyse and document incident cause, and solution
- to evaluate with the team responsible if incident has to be escalated to Incident Manager (IMod) as Deployment Specialist and Incident Solver:
- to support the Deployment Manager to ensure that all deployments are carried out on schedule, are fully deployed, implemented and functioning in the operational environments .
- to prepare the details of the runbook including all stakeholders regarding the progress of the deployment following the run-book.
You will also be involved in deployment and configuration of a new software that will be deployed in the coming months.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in Computer science
- Certification ITIL knowledge is a plus and ATM world, ATOs
LANGUAGES REQUIREMENT:
French
English
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience minimum 5 years of experience in Retail domains ( ATM preferable)
Mandatory: You will be able to understand and execute technical runbooks (ATM ) and the complexity of Architecture design
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Good Knowledge of Wintel.
- Unix & Linux Environment
- WebSphere experience ( harvest tool)
- Operating systems: Solaris, Aix, Unix, Windows Server
- Database oracle
- Administration of Web Server
Preferable Knowledge of retail domain.
Experience in a first or second line can be useful
SOFT SKILLS:
- Team Spirit
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
- Good communication and pro-active attitude
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Flexible, accurate & control minded.
- Quality driven
- Prepared to be on-call on a regular bases (every 4-5 weeks)
