Urgently looking for an Atlassian tools support expert for our client based in Amsterdam. Our client is an international successful e-commerce company. In this role you will be responsible for managing the team using JIRA and other Atlassian tools like Crowd, Confluence, Fisheye, etc. Main focus is managing JIRA projects, boards and workflows, support the teams, advise the teams how to get the most of the Atlassian tools.
What do you need?
- Experience with JIRA workflow, custom fields and contexts
- Excellent knowledge of JIRA.
- At least basic knowledge of Java or Groovy scripting languages
- Customer service skills
- Experience with Linux.
- Scrum master certification
Start: ASAP
Duration: 9 months+
Location: Amsterdam
