ATE Test Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TEST ENGINEER to join our client in San Jose, CA.

Job Overview:
- Our client is looking for a Test Engineer with strong ATE Test Development skills and mixed signal test experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, Debug, qualification and release of wafer sort and final test hardware with multi-sites test methodology.
- Develop, Debug, qualify and release of wafer sort and final test programs on Teradyne J750 test platform.
- Characterization of mixed signal product performance to determine product manufacturability Data Analysis and Characterization report generation.

Job Qualifications
- Five (5) plusyears of Test engineering experience.
- Hands on experience with ATE equipment with direct Teradyne J750 Test Development Experience is a must.
- Experience with testing and characterization of Mixed Signal ASIC is required.
- Must be a self-starter and work well in a team environment.
- Requires good interpersonal and communications skills.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Programming language skills with Visual Basic development on J750
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Data Power
- Experience with testing of I2C and SPI protocols, memory
