Projektbeschreibung
- Monitor the ticket queue every couple hours. Review support request tickets for completeness and call business partners to clarify work requested, and then assign the work to the appropriate technician. Review Incident tickets and forward to appropriate resource for trouble resolution, follow up with phone calls as necessary.
- Perform routine data entry to maintain the correct telephone numbers in the corporate directory system.
- Place, install and disconnect orders with various Telephone Companies for telecommunications services. Update our internal circuit inventory tracking system.
- Miscellaneous administrative/data entry tasks as assigned.
SKILLS:
SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook
- Working knowledge of MS Word
- Working knowledge of Nortel PBX Administration
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of experience in ordering telephone services
- 1-3 years of experience in voice and data cabling
- 1-3 years of experience in installing telephones
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative programming on the Nortel Telephone systems
COMPETENCIES:
- Must perform with a high level of accuracy (attention to details)
- Must be a rapid learner
- Self-motivated and able to work alone

- Able to take and follow verbal directions
