ASSOCIATE USER EXPERIENCE ANALYST FOSTER CITY, CA 6 MONTH CONTRACT, EXTENSION POSSIBLE

Our very high-visibility client's Enterprise User Experience team has a growing workload centered on UX Analysis the improvement of systems' usability or accessibility. Also there's a strategic need for analysts to standardize UX standards and processes, help in developing, evaluating, and measuring against standards is critical.

We re seeking an Associate User Experience Analyst to provide analysis of enteprise systems.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design engaging UX interactions for the web and mobile
- Create user flows and wireframes
- Analyze existing software (web and mobile) for Usability and Accessibility issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Deliver user-centered design solutions in fast paced environment, with quick iterative cycles
- Work with diverse team of product owners, UX designers, developers
- Communicate effectively with engineers and problem solving UX issues
- Research and document usability standards
- Conduct usability tests on client software (web and mobile)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years UX Analysis and Design required
- Bachelor s degree in Design or related field
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products
- Knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in the production of conceptual prototypes and wireframes

- Nice to have skills: HTML, CSS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Excellent analytical abilities
