Associate Modeler- Structure Products- MBS- CMBS-RMBS- - VBA- Modeling-New York I am currently recruiting an Associate Structured Products Modeler to be located in New York City with a financial service ratings agency. This is an amazing opportunity for a junior quantitative risk modeler to be given the opportunity to make a significant impact on the on a global business practice. This individual will assist senior analysts in the examination of structured finance transactions. This will include modeling transactions, preparing committee memos, press releases, and pre-sale reports for the distribution to clients and customers alike. This junior analyst will independently lead the rating analysis and preparation of rating committee memos for standard transactions, demonstrate sound knowledge of methodologies and understanding of the industry in the relevant asset classes and support the analysis of complex transactions with guidance from lead analysts. This individual will have a Bachelor, preferably Graduate level degree, in a quantitative field with 2-3 years experience in structured finance, computer science, statistics, or mathematics. VBA and excel programming skills are required coupled with exceptional verbal and communication skills.
