IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Report directly to the team head of cell process development
-Participate in cell culture and cell isolation activities for process development utilising human primary cells from Bone Marrow
-Participate in the entire cell process from start (incoming Bone Marrow) to finish (Cryopreservation) after cell culture and gene-modification of the cells
-Perform large and small scale experiments
-Work in a BSL2 environment and adhere to the required standards

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-General understanding of cell culture (primary cell cultures, antibiotic free culture)
-Experience in culture maintenance (flasks, bags, dishes) and large scale culture is beneficial
-General understanding of analytical assays like cell count, viability
-Adherence to documentation guidelines and DQP (document quality practice) management
-Education as lab assistant (EFZ, Biology) or bachelor degree or equivalent with general understanding of cell biology and/or immunology
-Fluency in German, English (spoken and written)
