IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Contribute to the development of purification processes for therapeutic proteins, in particular monoclonal antibodies
-Clear and precise documentation and reporting
-Maintaining and improving the lab infrastructure
-Design of Experiments (DoE)-based process development, including DoE data evaluation using appropriate software tools
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Completed training (laboratory technician) or education (BSc, MSc) is required
-Profound experience in protein purification and characterization is desirable
-Profound knowledge in method programming for Äkta/UNICORN
-Experience in Design of Experiments (DoE)-based process development, including DoE data evaluation, using appropriate software tools
-Familiarity with GMP manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals is advantageous
-Excellent knowledge of either English or German is required
