ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA

- Competent in troubleshooting and theory

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Initiate and develop analytical methods to execute bioanalytical strategies, implement new technology and critically review data to support clinical programs and for internal and external publications;
- Serve as the Technical Lead of biomarker assays and collaborate with cross-functional team members in a fast-paced environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Develop SOPs, data transfer specification forms and data analysis templates (including validation)
- Design and execute assay qualification and validation experiments, performing sample testing for clinical specimen testing, if necessary
- Coordinate technology and methods transfer to external collaborators at Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and provide training of analysts at CROs to perform clinical specimen testing
- Monitor assay performance and provide technical support to CROs performing clinical specimen testing
- Manage CROs for method transfer, validation, sample analysis monitoring and report generation
- Coordinate timelines for activities in collaboration with project management

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Contributes to the design of studies, develop and validate methodology to determine the quality and stability of drug substance and products.
