For our Life Science client in Basel, we are seeking a Laboratory Associate in Bioanalytics.
Start Date: 05/09/2016
End Date: 16/12/2016
Location: Basel
Language: English (German is a plus)
Job description:
You will join a laboratory within Biologics Technical Development and Manufacturing that performs bioanalytical assays to characterize biopharmaceuticals in clinical development.
Working in several project teams and reporting to the laboratory head, your main responsibilities will be to develop, validate and execute various bioanalytical methods to assess the biological activity (potency) and purity of biopharmaceuticals.
As well as supporting manufacturing process development, you will perform release analytics of drug substances and drug products for human use under GMP. A range of bioanalytical methods will be needed, including target binding assays, cell-based potency assays, immunoassays and PCR-based assays.
We welcome applications of consultants' who match most of the above requirements and are available on a short notice. There is a competitive Hourly rate available for the contract; alternative market rates are also welcome.
