I am recruiting for an Associate Scientist - Biologics for my Basel based Biotech client.
You will be a motivated associate scientist who will perform bioanalytical experiments (ie cell-based bioassays, ELISA and Q-PCR) for quality control of development and commercial biotech drug substances (DS) and drug products (DP) in a cGMP environment.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Planning, performing and documenting of bioanalytical experiments (ie cell-based bioassays, ELISA and Q-PCR) in a cGMP environment.
2. Providing raw data, interpretation of results.
3. Validation and transfer of analytical test methods.
4. Contribute to lab procedures, reports and/or instructions and/or SOP's.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 Years Industry GMP experience.
2. Good knowledge of cGMP
3. Adequate scientific or technical knowledge in a specific area (eg cell-based bioassays, cell culture, ELISA and Q-PCR).
5. Good knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools and adequate knowledge of software and computer tools.
