Associate Scientist

Associate Scientist with good understanding of cGMP processes wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as Technician with good knowledge of cGMP
- Awareness for safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials and equipment
- Adequate scientific or technical knowledge in a specific area (eg cell-based bioassays, cell culture, ELISA and Q-PCR)
- Good knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools as well as an adequate knowledge of software and computer tools
- Languages: basic English and German both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Planning, performing and documenting of bioanalytical experiments (ie cell-based bioassays, ELISA and Q-PCR) in a cGMP environment
- Providing raw data and interpretation of results
- Validation and transfer of analytical test methods
- Addressing simple problems as well as recognizing and communicating complex Problems. Inform on deviations and unexpected results
- Collaborating with other associates and facilitating efficient performance of planned analyses
