Associate Regulatory Affairs Manager, International Advertising and Promotion (m/f)

- Providing support and assistance in the MLR review processes
- Responsibility for reviewing and assessing assigned international (ex-US) promotional items to evaluate their completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements and the company´s policies in collaboration with the Regulatory A&P Senior director and/or director
- Serving as the EFPIA/International (ex-US) expert on promotional standards for specific brands
- Working closely with Regulatory A&P director and marketing services to help insure promotional materials development is accomplished following the Shire Promotional Development Process and standards

- Ability to understand EFPIA and International (ex-US) regulations basics on advertising and promotion for prescription products
- Ability to understand the basics in pharmaceutical promotion development and review process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to demonstrate strategic and analytic thinking
- Ability to work successfully with a cross functional team
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and complete tasks to deadlines
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
