Associate Project Manager wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Compliance or contract management experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong administrative and communicational skills with a pro-active approach
- IT Savvy and quick learner
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinating and executing contracting contracts with HCPs for internal and external meetings, events and projects
- Maintaining the master project plan and schedule for assigned events as well as coordinating, communicating and ensuring project timelines and prioritising critical tasks
- Proactively collecting regional and local compliance requirements
- Liaising with affiliate compliance to timely resolve open questions with HCPs as well as providing guidance contracting of external consultants and agencies
- Adhering to regulatory and legal regulations, SOPs, policies, guidelines, industry standards and maintaining required documentation
