For one of our clients we are looking for ASSOCIATE OFFICE SERVICES
Main Task:
- Deliver an extraordinary guest experience throughout all phases of the in- office guest experience, to include arrival, meetings, downtime, and departure.
- Ensure high service level based on the run book for the client experience throughout the company (eg office communication, mail management, office maintenance, materials and inventory management, office security).
- Assist in the selection process of vendors for various services and products. Coordinate with vendors on a day to day basis to optimize the delivery and ensure highest quality.
- Support the office team with documentation of data as per the local requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent command of English and Swedish.
- Professional work experience and/or training;
- Good experience with reception
- Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly.
- Basic understanding of accounting responsibilities and figures and openness to learn accounting related applications.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of client's staff and visitors.
