Associate IT Analyst

JOB DUTIES:

- Understand annual renewal or lease expiration of asset expense for proper planning.
- Entry and tracking of Capital Request within the Capital Request Process.
- Performing procurement processes.
- Perform Monthly Rolling Business Model (RBM) process.
- Update procedural documentation.
- Facilitate department capital asset tracking, impairment, and reporting of Division assets to Business Services Department.
- Provide tool support, and facilitate annual section/division business planning to be provided to Department Management and the Business Services Department.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge and experience with procurement of IT infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Pivot tables- utilizing pivot tables and slicers.
- Computer related or Business related four year College or University Degree (or equivalent).
- 3 to five years relevant IT job-related business experiences.
- Knowledge of the latest technology in computing hardware & software and current business processes and tools.
- Exceptional accountability and business acumen skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills- capable of communicating with senior management, external vendors, and technical experts.
- Proven ability to build trust through effective team and customer relationships.
- Strong analytic and organizational skills.
