Associate HR Business Partner

Our client is a leading RSL who are looking to recruit an Associate HR Business Partner for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

The main purpose of the role is support the HR Business Partners on specific business areas or supporting particular projects, you be required to advise on the management of employee relations by providing a comprehensive HR support service to staff with regards to policies and procedures, employment legislation and terms and conditions. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the delivery of change programmes.

In order to be considered for the post you will meet the following criteria:

- Be CIPD qualified with demonstrable generalist HR experience.
- Have extensive experience within a HR advisory role in a large organisation including the resolution of complex disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Have experience of negotiations with TU/professional organisations and of managing change within an organisation.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Possess analytical skills and experience of developing innovative solutions to complex delivery issues.
- Be self-confident with an ability to forge partnerships and motivate, enthuse and drive forward new initiatives.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as an ability to deliver required objectives within tight timescales.
- Be versatile and flexible, you will couple strong negotiating and influencing skills with a passion for HR and the highest professional standards.
