REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 Year Associate Degree or 2 years of business, administrative or similar experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in collaborative environment and to communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with special emphasis on Excel.
- Proficiency with web-based applications.
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with the Customer's tools and processes.
- Familiarity with Cognos.
- Familiarity with the Customer's NPI and CPI processes.
- Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Familiarity with APQP process
- Familiarity with the Customer's parts procurement and logistics.
- Product development experience.
