Ports & Harbour (Design) Engineer - Associate Director Edinburgh or Glasgow Very competitive package I'm currently working closely with my central-belt based client to help source the latest addition to their Maritime Infrastructure team. The Planning & Development division offer advice on the development and management of the natural environment while also providing expertise in the exploration and production of energy and other natural resources. As part of the department's continued growth strategy they now wish to recruit an Associate Director to be based in either of their Scottish offices - the responsibilities associated with this opportunity include: - Engineering design for Ports & Harbours (structural concrete, pile design, geotechnics) - Manage & grow the Maritime & Ports team - Regular liaising with other members of the Ports & Harbours teams as well as the offshore renewables division - Business development To be considered for this new opportunity then you will be a Chartered Engineer with the following attributes: - Extensive post graduation commercial experience (chartered membership) - Extensive design experience of ports and other marine structures - Experience of leading a team of Maritime Design Engineers - Proven track record of developing relationships with clients - FullUKdriving license - Full unrestricted right to work in theUK This opportunity will offer you a competitive package in relation the otherUKconsultancies.
