Associate Director of Marketing, Immunology - South West

We are now on the search for a Strategic and Innovative Marketer to join a growing Pharmaceutical client and work on their growing Immunology Portfolio. As part of the role you will:

* Provide input to Strategic Marketing and Brand Plan. Develop the marketing plans for identified products and projects.
* Shape and maintain / update brand profiles with respect to positioning, messaging, promise and differential advantages to maximise sales potential whilst ensuring strategic alignment.
* Identify trends, opportunities and threats (across and in key local markets) for product group and propose corresponding measures.
* Provide marketing input to the Brand team to ensure timely developments and launch of new products/presentations.

* Execute the approved Brand Plans within approved budgets. Responsible for driving (Project Manager) of overall Brand Plan and operational activities within approved budgets.
* Drive customer initiatives (e.g., promotional tools, international meetings, public relations, internal communications, etc.) to maximise product sales potential.
* Develop / review / update core campaigns and activities through direction of external agencies.
* Ensure initiatives are in place in the Affiliates to support promotion-sensitive core brands.
* Create electronically exchangeable information, regarding the brand portfolio; their markets, marketing plans, marketing elements, communication and competitive intelligence.

This will be a pivotal role in developing the Immunology portfolio and you will liaise with key internal stakeholders and external KOL's. you should be able to influence and execute Marketing strategies in an effective manner.
