Associate Director Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)

Health Economics Outcomes Research - Associate Director Excellent opportunity to work within an exciting Pharmaceutical companies US foucsed HEOR team. JOB ROLE 1. Provide consultation, training on global HEOR resources and technical advice on HEOR issues to internal customers across the company, as appropriate 2. Perform and/or guide in-house HEOR studies, including literature reviews, modeling, retrospective and observational studies in accordance with HEOR functional standards. 3. Provide expert advice on which HE studies would best be performed externally, and lead or assist in selection of external contractors/collaborators as necessary. 4. Contribute to development of business strategy and health economics tools to influence R&D programs, marketing, sales and reimbursement strategies, by applying HEOR analyses and driving value communication tools. 5. Work in partnership with functional departments, including R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing to assure that the appropriate HEOR value proposition is incorporated throughout the product development process, from the earliest stages. Ensure that product design and function are aligned with the expectation of customers and end-users for higher-value products. 6. Support creation of product value dossiers and submissions to Health Technology Assessment agencies evaluating BD products and competing offerings working with country-level market access leads.
