Associate Director Global Marketing (m/f)

- Delivery of campaign(s)
- Includes all audiences, e-marketing, promotional and non-promotional materials
- Delivery of global brand plans, including aligned view from all GCT functions including PRA, BI, GMA and Finance
- Lead Global MLR and sign-off on any deviation to core campaigns prior to implementation,
- Coordination of Global Advisory Boards
- Delivery of product/disease area content for training materials
- Global congress/meetings - strategic steer on messaging, data dissemination, speaker activities, budget allocation, etc
. - Monitor and manage pricing and reimbursement issues
- Interface with country representatives
- Support sales meetings with brand materials for briefings
- Representation on development teams
- Performance and key activities tracking (brand plan, goals, KPI's, sales/OPEX, utilization, patient #'s, market shares etc.)
- Liaise and align with medical affairs to execute global publication

- Bachelors degree (MBA or post graduate business training a plus); scientific background desired
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines regarding pharmaceutical and promotion and advertising
- International/global pharma/biotech experience
- In-country pharma/biotech marketing and sales experience
- Demonstrable success in a sales role
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Exposure to drug develop and vertically integrated organizations
- Experience in developing and delivering robust brand plans
- Exceptional influencing/communication skills
- Experience in working across diverse, multi cultural environments
- Comprehensive understanding of legal, regulatory and compliance topics shaping pharma/biotech
- Budget and vendor management experience
