Associate Director, Behavioural Insights- £60-70K - Based in the South East

As Associate Director, Behavioural Insights you will play a major part in leading Pan-European activities to understand key customer behavioural insights.

Providing forward looking Market and competitive insights
Establish alliances and close relationships to manage Pan-European processes

Responsibility:

1.Provision of Key Customer Insights for Key Brands
Responsible for providing forward looking insights in order to ensure superior understanding of the therapeutic market segments in which we operate on a Pan European basis with the aim of delivering major competitive advantage for our Brands.
Develop pan European market research strategy for key therapeutic areas and key Brands in those areas
Develop systems which pull together all information sources so that the data produced assist in Strategic decision making and monitoring of tactical implementation.
Be responsible for co-ordinating the Pan European MI input into the Brand Plans and strategies, supporting Business Development and Licensing activities within they designated therapeutic area.

2. Pan-European Centre of Excellence
Working with peers within the Marketing Capabilities function, establish best in class processes and working practices to ensure knowledge of key market segments and clinicians is optimised on European level.
Provide coaching / leadership to affiliate counterparts§ to ensure buy in to both processes and information sources
Source and develop third party support to ensure European MI requirements are met in the most timely and cost effective manner .
Proactively manage the budget (approx 750 K per Brand per year).
Where appropriate work with colleagues§ at a Global level to identify synergies in processes and information systems.

Frequent Travel
Degree: Masters degree in Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences
English -excellent spoken & written (other languages an advantage)
Computer/ database literate
Persuasive communicator
Excellent analytical skills
Sound written and oral communication skills
Experience in managing outsourced market research
Highly result focused/ action oriented/ achiever
Demonstrated ability to determine and integrate external and internal information into strategic recommendations
Cultural sensitivity
