Associate Clinical Operations Manager

A leading CRO are seeking to appoint an Associate Clinical Operations Manager to support the Clinical Operations Management and to line manage CRAs. This position is an office based position in Maidenhead.

Main Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to):

+ Line Management responsibilities of CRAs

+ Responsible for managing and resolving and performance related issues that may arise

+ Conduct on-site co-monitoring activities for members of the Clinical Operations team

+ Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with all clients

+ Being aware of any opportunity to acquire new business

Skills/Experience:

+ Life Science/Science degree

+ Previous CRO experience

+ Minimum of 4 years clinical research experience within a CRO

+ Previous Line Management/Project Management experience preferred

+ Indepth knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines, and all relevant SOPs
