THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Has zero to two (0-2) year's Customer Service experience in a call center environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding new and existing service requests
- Assist in understanding and evaluating warranty coverage
- Document all calls in company's system FALCON
- Process claims for homeowners and assist with warranty coverage inquiries
- Create work items from Claims and/or work orders
- Cancel or re-open claims or work orders
- Provide homeowners with all relevant information pertaining to the contract, claims or work order.
- Handle various dispatch activities
- Resolve homeowner and contractor scheduling conflicts
- Be given the chance to progress through the organization at a rapid pace, depending on your aptitude and open positions
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Typically has zero to two (0-2) year's Customer Service experience in a call center environment.
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task, prioritize and follow up
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good stress tolerance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
