Associate Claims Representative Job

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Phoenix, AZ.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Customer Service experience
- Conflict resolution skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Answer inbound customer calls regarding new and existing service requests
- Assist in understanding and evaluating warranty coverage
- Document all calls in client system
- Process claims for homeowners and assist with warranty coverage inquiries
- Create work items from Claims and/or work orders
- Cancel or re-open claims or work orders
- Provide homeowners with all relevant information pertaining to the contract, claims or work order.
- Handle various dispatch activities
- Resolve homeowner and contractor scheduling conflicts
- Be given the chance to progress through the organization at a rapid pace, depending on your aptitude and open positions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma
- Zero to two (0-2) years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment
- Must have availability to work a shift between the hours of 7:30am - 7:30pm 7 days/week. Will be required to work a Saturday or Sunday. Schedule can change 2-3 x/year
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task, prioritize and follow up
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good stress tolerance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
