Associate Business Analyst Job

SENIOR ASSOCIATE BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE:

- This position is in the Clinical Applications and Analytic Services (CAAS) group; providing metrics, analytics, and reporting to meet the functional business needs.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry
- Computer knowledge/skills with the following: Spotfire (version 5+), Windows XP, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio (versions 2010)
- Remote staff will be considered

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Project & Program Management
- Provide Project Management support for transformation projects, ensuring status reporting, issue tracking and escalation
- In partnership with IS, actively manage multiple projects and assignments through project deliverables, monitoring milestones, and identifying project risks and issue
- Metrics Analysisprovide root cause analysis, as needed
- Business AnalysisDocument processes when required
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Support the implementation of these projects and solutions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities; strong reporting and analytic skills
- Demonstrates an urgency to achieve goals and can be relied upon to deliver results; ability to handle varying amounts of information, distill key points drawing practical conclusions translating into a strong business case and clear business requirements
- Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal
