ASSOCIATE ANALYSTS - FOR QUALITY CONTROL LAB SERVICES (QC LS)

JBV One Lab is responsible for the analysis and release of raw materials, intermediate and end products (monoclonal antibodies) and the management of various support systems, including LIMS. The One Lab Laboratories, represent various combined test labs. The specific test labs are classified based on specific techniques and/or expertise.

The test labs are supported by the Quality Lab Services Team (QC LS). Labs support consists of coordinating and handling deviations and change control, coordinating questions during audits and inspections, solving automation issues and coordinating instrument/device implementation at the labs. The One Lab QC LS team consists of the following sub teams named for the core tasks performed in it:

Automation, Change Control & Deviations, Compliance, Equipment Life Cycle Management and Sample Management.

ACTIVITIES:

The Associate Analyst (Technical Specialist) QC LS is responsible for the handling of Complex deviations and change control for the entire QC department. The Associate Analyst puts in the QC department standards for content and quality of (lab) events, deviations and change control and participates in (or leads) projects and improves initiatives. During audits and inspections by authorities and/or external parties, the specialist coordinates the information flow for the Quality department and is also QC SME in GMP/GLP-oriented issues.

PROFILE:

- Academic training in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar.
- Experience in a laboratory/pharmaceutical environment.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written in Dutch and English).
- Self-starter, initiative-rich, team player.
- Overview of multiple parallel processes.
- Convincing others based on arguments, without hierarchical context
