Associate Analyst

Description:
Will assist the Project Managers, develop and run reports that track key milestones and performance indicators.

Responsibilities:
1. Cost tracking and variance reporting in SAP for the Director and Managers in Capital Delivery on a monthly and as needed basis. (25%)
2. Work with Project Managers to update project schedules and monitor milestones. Participate on project management teams. Interface with the Owner's Engineer teams.(20%)
3. Create and update PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts and spreadsheets for Capital delivery and other departments. Set up and run webinars and videoconferences. (20%)
4. Develop reports for all SAP transactions for the Director, Managers and Project Managers.(20%)
5. Revise, update and distribute controlled documents, procedures and manuals. (15%)

Experience/Training:
SAP is desired but not required.
MS Office - have Excel, PowerPoint and Word - excellent proficiency
