Associate Access Services Analyst Job

ASSOCIATE ACCESS SERVICES ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CINCINNATI, OH.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Security Support
- NERC CIP compliance
- Identity and Access Management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support the security function by validating access requests for appropriate controls and approvals.
- Ensure proper access, while maintaining and understanding the controls around access which support NERC CIP compliance.
- Assess and validate access request against pre-established approval processes to include background checks and training requirements.
- Review and monitor physical and electronic access reports, including creation, deletion and modification of access within business roles and groups, as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two - three (2-3) years of identity and access management experience is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are essential
- Strong experience with MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Organizational, interpersonal, and strong verbal/written communication skills are critical
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality when working with employee access/credentials

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with NERC CIP compliance is a plus
