This position is mission critical to the support of Legacy and new systems. Direct responsibility for internal and external user support including dealer training.

- May develop portfolio health measurements, analysis and reporting.
- Developing, maintaining and producing measurement reports.
- These reports utilize various databases and the data warehouse to extract the information needed.
- May coordinate with local office staff to define the scope, deliverables and controls of projects for new and existing reporting enhancements.
- Analyzing and defining new processes and working with local office staff to determine appropriate reporting requirements to support the processes.
- May work with others to coordinate, monitor and report project status and ensure the delivery of quality solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Developing the specifications for reporting enhancements or modifications and communicates the proposed solutions to the management team.
- May develop and maintain training materials.
- May participate in performing system testing of enhancements and ensures user acceptance testing is completed.
- Working with others to research available technologies to be used for current and future reporting applications.
- Developing and maintaining reporting documentation, standards and procedures in support of the local office processes.



- Oracle experience
- Capital Stream experience
- Finance background
- Experience in sales and service module (SalesForce)


- Microsoft Office experience, MS Excel specifically
- SalesForce experience, current
- Previous business analyst experience
- Training skills
- Ability to identify reports deficiencies and recommend new methods to correct the deficiencies.
- Ability to train and advise others on the proper use of the system.
- Knowledge of marketing, credit and customer services concepts and techniques.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply computer systems operations sufficient to analyze systems for implementation applicability in the local office.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply documentation and flowcharting techniques.
- Ability to perform acceptance testing and ensure the reporting supports the business objectives of the local office.
- Ability to utilize various databases to develop, maintain and produce measurement reports.
- Ability to advise employees on the use of computers and software packages.
- Knowledge of and the ability to analyze data, identify problems and initiate corrective action for reporting, systems and process issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of and the ability to identify local office reporting needs and develop solutions and recommendations to satisfy those needs.
- Ability to coordinate with the management team on the implementation of new reporting or enhancements to existing reports.
- Ability to reinforce high-quality standards driven by customer needs and company objectives.
- Ability to create and maintain an environment conducive to collaboration across corporate business units and service divisions.
- Knowledge of and the ability to develop documentation, which is concise, clear and understandable.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.


- A 4 year college or university degree in any discipline.
