Projektbeschreibung

Harvey Nash is looking for an Assistant to General Manager for a 5 month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate to bring analytical services for the support of National Sales Manager. The role consists of 50% duties as a GM Assistant, 40% tasks as Communication & Project Manager and 10% is Office Management. -You are responsible for
-Supporting GM in all respect's (Administration & Coordination of calendar etc.)
-Organizing management meetings on a regular base, driving agenda and recording minutes of management meetings
-Handling all travel matters for the GM and monitor and controlling expense tracking and billing
-Autonomous completion of general administrative work (correspondence on own or according to keywords etc.)
-Scheduling planning and coordination with other corporate divisions and headquarters
-Supporting in the preparation of presentations including completion of PowerPoint presentations
-Organisation of meetings and events for Alcon (Kick-off, Townhall etc.) with or without support from an external agency
-Acting as a coordinator between the different assistants
-Keeping organizational charts up to date and ensure data accuracy
-Providing general information to employees such as phone lists, building, seat maps
-Acting as first person of contact for ISS and IT badge handling
-Support of HR when necessary and supporting PO entry to the GM
-Representing the client in the communications team
-Taking project lead for different internal and cross-divisional projects (Be Healthy, World Sight Day and Open Door Event etc.)
-Compiling and editing internal newsletter and ensuring internal news flow, eg regarding executive communications, internal campaigns etc.
-Managing the local Internet: Identifying relevant information, editing texts, keeping content attractive and up to date
-Ensuring solid communication around entry and leavers

Requirements

-Commercial diploma (commercial apprenticeship)
-German, English, French/Italian an advantage
-3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
-communicative, independent and possess a friendly working method, have excellent organizational skills, are flexible and able to work under pressure
-Customer- and service-oriented and a solid knowledge in EDP skills (MS Office package)
-Ideally knowledge of the medical device and/or pharmaceutical market and competitors
