Assistant Technical Solutions Engineer

ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ENGINEER WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University Degree in Computer Science as well as at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent knowledge of developing with Java, Python, JavaScript/JSON, XML and templating tools
- Solid knowledge of technical troubleshooting is mandatory
- Familiarity with Linux and networking system would be a big plus
- Experience in Google Assistant integrations is highly desirable (or at least an enthusiasm and willingness to quickly learn the domain)
- Ability to work collaboratively as a part of the team
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication and organization skills
YOUR TASKS:
- Implementing and supporting customer integrations and technical projects, including design, coding, deployment and integration of Google Assistant flows for the Travel industry
- Supporting and leading new implementations to ensure requirements and solutions are well documented, writing documentation, sharing knowledge and best practices to allow the practice to scale
- Working closely with strategic partners, improving product capabilities and engaging with Product Management and Engineering teams
- Supporting cross functional initiatives, consulting with partners to identify needs and develop their upcoming business solutions
- Scaling the efforts of implementing Google Assistant integrations with the partners across the globe
