Assistant Team Manager - Non-Caseholding Role-LAC Team

£34 to £37 per hour

A county based in South East England is paying a great rate for a highly motivated Assistant Team Manager (ATM) to join their team on a 3 months contract. This is a non-case holding role which offers you more time to focus on the quality of the services provided to the children in care.

You will be working alongside the Team Manager in order to provide day to day supervision to a dedicated team of Social Workers. You will also cover the absence of the Team Manager and offer support to the team, so this is an excellent opportunity for you to gain more managerial experience.

For this position you will ideally have at least 2 years supervising experience and recent experience in a Looked After Children or Leaving Care Team.

The pay for this position is ranging from £34 to £37 per hour depending on experience.
