Assistant Team Manager Children's Swindon

Currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Team Manager with Referral and Assessment experience to work alongside the Team Manager in a busy team based in Swindon.

Within this role you will be expected to....
*Acting Team Manager duties
*Risk assessing all new cases that come into team and putting on instructions and actions for workers to undertake.
* Undertaking supervision of social workers
*Attending meetings with social workers when needed
*Reading ad authorising assessments
*Attending management meetings
*Carry out case allocation of new cases we receive.
*Dealing with new referrals that we receive and deciding a course of action.
