One of our large Banking Clients is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager with Private ban king experience

The successful candidate will have Experience in Assistant Relationship Manager or an Administrator within Private Banking

- deliver a high level of administration support to Management, Relationship Managers and clients including documentation, mailings, creating and maintaining client files/records using the internal record keeping system and account opening.
- Under Supervision, the candidate may execute client orders providing a sufficient level of Competence has been obtained/recognised
- Provide efficient and professional telephone coverage.
- Able to work under pressure and re-prioritise administrative duties according to changing requirements.
- Prepare Client Payment Requests, in accordance with procedures, and liaise with Operations department to ensure

Payments are made in a timely manner.
- Resolve basic Client enquiries regarding account related discrepancies, balance activity and documentation, statement
- Information and general product and/or service information including Research Reports. Research and initiate corrections

to transactions as necessary.
- Assist Relationship Managers to prepare client and prospect presentations/pitches (using PowerPoint, excel), liaison with other departments as required.

Essential
Assistant Relationship Manager or an Administrator within Private Banking is a must
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills
