The medior IT buyer will report to the IT Procurement (Category) Manager
Tasks:
• Follow-up of periodic contract renewals for Software Licensing and Telco
• Handling contracts
• Prepare contract negotiations
• Translate business demands into service requirements
• Assist the IT procurement manager where necessary
Skills:
3- 5 years' experience in a purchasing function
Punctual and result oriented
Comfortable in working in a multi-cultural, multi-language environment
Good command of English both verbal and in writing, other European languages are an asset.
Good administration skills
Hands-on
Ability to work independent
Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of IT services
Knowledge about international trade regulations
Experience in working with SAP systems
Education:
Master degree in business, IT or procurement
Duration:
Temporary, full time position
Expected duration three months +
Location:
Base location Brussels.
Willingness to travel to a limited extent
