ASSISTANT PAYROLL MANAGER - PAYROLL MANAGER - INVESTMENT - MANCHESTER

PAYROLL MANAGER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

- Ensuring that all payroll deadlines are met.
- Performing pre payroll checks, and for ensuring an on-time, 100% accurate monthly payroll is run.
- Correct and timely administration of employee benefits.
- Producing accurate payroll reports and information for third party suppliers and internal clients as requested.
- Performing reconciliations as required.
- Query resolution.
- 100% Compliance with SOX processes, Company Policy, and all applicable legislation and regulation.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

- Payroll Experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Payroll qualification desirable
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Inland Revenue requirements and experience of dealing with HMRC
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
