My leading banking client is looking for an Assistant Manager to join a newly created Remediation team within Operations.
The role will involve:
*Participation in various projects where customer remediation is required, contributing to process design whilst considering operational restrictions and risk awareness
*Responsibility for Quality Assurance of remediation calculations
*Draft complex and detailed letters explaining remediation approaches
*Analysis of customer data to make a decision on specific remediation approaches
The role calls for someone with extensive experience of a similar role including specific remediation experience.
