ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER needed for a six to nine (6-9) MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located in Mt Laurel, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE Doing:

- Assists with management of day-to-day marketing operations for AWR with responsibility for the delivery and success of tactics within key functions of customer/contract retention, telemarketing, remarketing and research.
- Supports efforts to maximize retention and mitigate churn to meet organizational objectives. Assists with outsourced telesales activities and on/offline remarketing initiatives.
- Champions review and analysis of performance for select products and leads efforts to establish benchmarks and deliver holistic reporting for those products across all business segments.
- Manages product enrollment confirmation as well as customer survey programming.
- Supports select research initiatives.
- Participates in creative review of all retention and select product cross sell activities and produces key reports and analyses.
- Assist with developing recommendations and executing strategic segmentation and targeting methodologies (data modelling - regression, CHAID, PRIZM, segmentation techniques, etc.), retention creative design, and garnering/leveraging of business intelligence.
- Assist with all marketing forecasting for internal and external call center partners to meet customer, segment and product related growth objectives.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships/alliances with external and internal client groups.
- Manages work complexity via effective prioritization & follow-through.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to research data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficiency using various computer applications, particularly MS Office applications and Lotus Notes.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of marketing and sales cycle.
- Familiarity with standard business concepts, practices and procedures
