Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for Assistant Marketing Account Co-ordinator to work within the Marketing Department of a successful organisation, for maternity cover.

Job Summary

To develop, plan and deliver agreed marketing plans for multiple projects assigned to the account within the organisation, with the aim of supporting the overall strategic aims of the business in a way which maximises return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

The post holder shall:

* Initiate, plan and deliver marketing plans for multiple trading groups to planned timelines.
* Comply with marketing standards and follow set processes for routine work.
* Evaluate performance and results of the marketing plans / initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
* Plan, implement and communicate campaigns/initiatives with clear objectives for the individual groups which assist in successfully delivering their strategic goals.
* Build and manage good working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to gain buy-in to marketing initiatives and successfully manage their expectations.
* Support specific marketing programmes with quotes and delivery. Manage actual costs for those specific marketing programmes against the budget.
* Identify, develop and manage the implementation of process efficiencies within the marketing team.
* Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
* Responsible for ensuring Marketing services meets it's agree service level agreements (SLA's).
* Provide assistance in developing marketing material with E-commerce and CRM to improve search ratings, develop social media strategy and improve visibility.
