This could be suitable for someone who has very little experience within a market data team and become more specialised with their knowledge, or someone with a wealth of experience in a market data role to step into a team lead role. So the first profile which could be suitable for this role includes: - Strong academic background (A Degree is a minimum requirement) - Previous knowledge of market data applications (e.g. Reuters and Bloomberg) - Drive to become more specialised within this The second profile will involve: - Strong knowledge of market data applications - Someone who is keen to step up into a team lead role
