Assistant Manager - Fund Accounting

The successful candidate will manage the production cycle of a team of approximately 10 staff members within the OEFA Client Service Delivery team. Reporting to and supporting the work of the Open Ended Fund Accounting Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring the team meet client KPIs and service delivery commitments
* To take ownership for review and sign-off of team deliverables, including daily NAV calculations, year end and interim financial statements, distribution, yield and management service charge calculations, monthly trustee/control packs, total expense ratios and ONS returns
* Supporting the Team Manager with ad hoc projects and smooth implementation of client and internal change
* Delegating for the Team Manager during periods of absence

The successful applicant will have gained strong Fund Accounting/Administration experience and solid coaching and mentoring skills within a similar FS environment. A professional accounting qualification would be highly advantageous, but strong numerical skills and excellent IT literacy (particularly spreadsheets) is essential.
