Kelly Services are currently recruiting an Assisstant Call Centre Manager to work in a large multinational Gaming company in Galway
We are looking for an experienced and proactive CONTACT CENTRE MANAGER for our Global Customer Support team in a 24/7/365 environment.
Our client offers a fun and exciting environment, creative and friendly coworkers, and some of the most respected franchises and intellectual properties in gaming!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage service delivery for our products and services
- Work with the Contact Centre Manager to ensure service levels
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Maximize performance while balancing quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage a classic hierarchy of contact centre staff
- Directly supervise staff and handle workforce issues
- Evaluate staff performance and coach overall development
- Build and maintain expertise in a specific service discipline

- Focus could include technical support, account/billing support, gameplay support.
- Design and manage support strategy, policy, and process for these functional areas
- Analyze top issues and trends to identify opportunities and risks
