Assistant Manager AM Monitoring

To support the Head of Actuarial by developing and maintaining the monitoring and reporting of actual experience against forecast assumptions across the Actuarial team, contribute to profit and loss attribution and analysisof change reporting.

Key Capabilities: *A moderate level of General Insurance experience *Excellent Knowledge of statistical and actuarial analysis systems and tools such as ResQ etc *Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel *Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications including Access, Word and PowerPoint *Broad knowledge of actuarial reserving and capital modelling techniques *Highly numerate with strong analytical skills *Display attention to detail and accuracy *Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure both in isolation and with other business areas *Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical data to key stakeholders *Part qualified actuary or progression towards other relevant professional qualification *A moderate level of capital modelling experience
