Assistant Management Accountant - paying up to £35,000, 12 month fixed term contract

Our client is a leading property services/Shopping centre provider looking for an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join their talented, diverse and busy finance team.

The ideal candidate will have solid management accounts experience and will be part qualified but close to being qualified. It would be preferable if you had experience with property and Net Property Income, all multiple entities.

Objectives of Role

To support the Senior Management Accountant, Asset and Property Managers and Personnel at the Shopping Centres in the provision of business critical management information including, quarterly reporting packs, forecasts and budgets.

Person Specification

Graduate calibre, Part qualified Accountant - ACA/CIMA/ACCA, with management accounts experience, ideally with a blue chip, multi-site retail, leisure or similar consumer facing business.
Ability to work in a highly results oriented and performance driven environment with a focus on excellence.
Demonstrate record of providing value-added analysis to the operational aspects of the business
Excellent numerical communications skills.
Ambitious, highly driven and motivated.
High intellect with first class commercial intuition and a creative approach to problem solving.
