Assistant Management Accountant

Leading bank are currently recruiting for an ASSITANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT to work alongisde the finance team and projects.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified/part qualified accountant with relevant financial services experience - candidates who come from a banking background would be in a highly advantegous position.

Key accountabilities:

- Produce insightful, high quality local directorate MI and analysis to enable Group IT to effectively manage its overhead costs.
- Support effective management of costs and contribution including modelling the supply costs to identify any overall financial performance issues.
- Consolidation of Month end financials, ensuring accurate financial and headcount forecasts.
- Assist with budget and forecast plans for IT Supply directorate support
- Process & Control ARFs
- Consolidation of Risks and Opportunities Log
- Assist in preparation of divisional reporting for submission to Group Operations
- Balance sheet management/capitalisation
- Provide ad-hoc support
