ASSISTANT LAUNCH MANAGEMENT (50%)
BRINE SA HAS BEEN PLACING TOP IT SPECIALISTS AT WELL-KNOWN CUSTOMERS FOR OVER 30 YEARS. IN DOING SO, WE FOCUS ON PERFORMANCE, COMPETENCE, EXPERIENCE AND PARTNERSHIPS.
We are looking for an Assistant Launch Management for one of our customers in Rotkreuz,
- Support Launch Project Manager
- Drive successful first-to-market launches in Switzerland across all business units
- Ensure optimal launch planning and execution
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Organize regular and extraordinary cross-functional launch readiness meetings
Create meeting reports and follow-up on defined action points with Supply Chain, Marketing, QA, Regulatory Affairs and BD&L in Switzerland but also cross-region
Ensure project related data integrity by updating vital project information using MS Project, Excel and SharePoint tools
Assist the Launch Project Manager in:
- the execution of strategic important process improvements
- launch planning and tracking with clear milestones for upcoming launches
- optimizing launches by setting up a strategic launch plan per product, including the competitive environment, IP situation and a risk mitigation plan
- Managing risk assessments in connection with order placement
- timely execution of contingency plans when launches are jeopardized
Additional tasks:
- organizing and chairing the bi-weekly project meeting
- assist the launch project manager in operational excellence activities
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Timely and well planned organization of meetings
- Comprehensive meeting minutes and timely follow-up on action points
- Clear and up-to-date launch information
- Learning agility to obtain further responsibilities in the launch process and grow into stretch
EDUCATION (MINIMUM/DESIRABLE):
- Diploma or higher education, preferably with a degree in project management
LANGUAGES:
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a strong background in the consumer health industry with project management experience
- Good to have experience in Excel Tools and SharePoint acknowledge
