Assistant Insurance Coordinator

The Assistant Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for providing assistance and administrative support with the management of insurance related cover issues and claims. They will also provide assistance to process claims notifications and gather exposure information to progress the renewal of the insurance covers. In addition, the Assistant Insurance Coordinator will support the Insurance Senior Manager in terms of any ad hoc information requests or insurance related projects.

Key accountabilities will require you to provide assistance with insurance queries and interpretation of insurance policy conditions. You will also assist with the coordination of the insurance claims process to ensure efficient and relevant notification of claims to insurers and manage additional information requirements. To provide support and assistance with the information collation processes for the annual renewal process to ensure all information is provided.

You will ideally have good understanding of insurance policy and process best practice along with negotiating and influencing skills. You will possess the ability to work with IT packages to produce reports on claims activities work to tight timescales.
